Not a bad day after running a hard 13 yesterday. Felt a little sluggish
but all the training will be worth it at Ironman 70.3 World Championships in November!!

Rough day today! Had to DNF at the start of the second lap of the run.
At the time I was in 2nd place overall. Dehydration = bone dry, goose bumps, dizzy, spiked heart rate... Kevin Grogan
took the win and ended up passing out at the finish. Don't think it could have been any hotter!!
