MY STORY:
I'm a former professional baseball player (minor leaguer) turned endurance athlete/triathlete. I grew up in a very
athletic family. My father was a quarterback at Northern Illinois University and head football coach at a major
high school in a suburb of Chicago. My uncle Jerry was a college and NFL quarterback. I enjoy training with my good
friend Brian Smith and my cycling teamates from Team 19.
MY FAMILY:
I have unlimited support from my wife, Tara and daughters Kaitlyn and Kendall. I couldn't do everything I do
on a daily basis with out their love and support!! Thank You...
I owe a huge "Thank You" to my parents,
Don and Sue Huff for raising me with a strong work ethic. It is because of them where the 4:30am alarm doesn't bother
me.
I am happy to say that my sister Jill Cancelosi is now part of the triathlon community as is her husband and
my good friend, Chad Cancelosi. My "little" brother Andrew would be an awesome triathlete if I
could ever get him out of the weight room. You can run but you can't hide Drew. We are going to get you to
toe the line someday!!
